“Jamie and her husband made an awful situation bearable! Jamie specifically was so kind, patient and thorough with each of us and made my kids feel comfortable. She communicated all throughout letting us know each step she was doing and after care needed to be done at home. She put a movie on for my kids because unfortunately we had to be there for 3 hours, understandably, because there were 4 out of 5 of us that had to be treated. The place was very clean and she followed strict protocol. Hopefully I never have to endure this situation again, but if I do, I’d go back to her quickly!”

The nervousness instantly subsided as soon as we walked through the door. Jamie was friendly, relatable, personable, realistic, and knowledgeable about all things related to this issue. “Jamie was amazing! I discovered lice in my child’s hair at about 9 pm. In a panic, I started googling lice facilities. Jamie answered my call immediately, even though it was 9 pm and her business was closed. I was in complete panic mode and she provided me with the info and reassurance I needed to calm down.
