"Jamie and her husband made an awful situation bearable! Jamie specifically was so kind, patient and thorough with each of us and made my kids feel comfortable. She communicated all throughout letting us know each step she was doing and after care needed to be done at home. She put a movie on for my kids because unfortunately we had to be there for 3 hours, understandably, because there were 4 out of 5 of us that had to be treated. The place was very clean and she followed strict protocol. Hopefully I never have to endure this situation again, but if I do, I’d go back to her quickly!"

"Nothing but positive things to say about Jamie - I got an my 6 year old in for an appointment less than 2 hours from the time I called once I was made aware she had lice. The nervousness instantly subsided as soo as we walked through the door as she greeted us, walked us through the processs step by step and treated my daughter like they were best friends. She even had her favorite TV show on for her to watch to distract her from the process without even knowing it was her favorite just as a little bonus. Aside from that Jamie was friendly, relatable, personable, realistic, and knowledgeable about all things related to this issue. We walked out lice free and felt so taken care of and confident knowing what to do once we got home and for prevention. 10/10 recommend if you need instant professional treatment. I hope we don’t encounter lice again but if we do I wouldn’t go anywhere else or even bother trying to tackle it at home myself. Thank you Jamie!!"

"I brought my entire family here, and they guarantee the treatment will work as long as all family members are treated together. They re-check you within a week, and if the lice come back, they'll treat you again for free. You can't beat that deal! It's not exactly cheap, but it's guaranteed to work and free your family of all the itching."

"After not being able to get rid of lice with the home treatments and having three girls, I reached out to Jamie later in the evening hoping for a response in the morning. "Jamie was amazing! I discovered lice in my child’s hair at about 9 pm. In a panic, I started googling lice facilities. Jamie answered my call immediately, even though it was 9 pm, and her business was closed. I can not tell you how much her support at that moment meant to me. I was in complete panic mode and she provided me with the info and reassurance I needed to calm down. She got us in the very next morning and took great care of us. She went above and beyond for us! I will be forever grateful for Jamie! I highly recommend her center!!!"

We had no idea how to handle the situation and she took her time over the phone to explain what I can do now to prep before our appt and spent more than expected time with us to make sure we knew exactly what to do moving forward. Her demeanor is calming and made my kids feel comfortable with a stressful situation. We cannot recommend her enough, we walked away feeling like she and her husband were long time friends even though we only spent 90 minutes with them. "Jamie rescued me! After a failed at-home chemical treatment I called them and they got us in immediately. Jamie quickly worked through our family of 5 and answered all of our questions, made all of us feel taken care of and confident in how to safely go about our social schedule and daily life without spreading. We came back for our follow up appointment and we were lice free! What a relief! I’d absolutely call them first if we ever have to go through this again."
